Service & Availability

Streaming is dynamic. Expectations should be clear.

This policy explains how StreamPlanet handles catalogue availability, regional coverage, live events, video quality, compatible devices, temporary interruptions, and other factors that can affect your viewing experience.

Last updated: September 8, 2026

The short version

StreamPlanet aims to provide a broad and reliable streaming experience, but individual streams, events, regions and quality levels can change. Availability depends on sources, location, device compatibility, network conditions and event timing.

1. Purpose of This Policy

Streaming services depend on changing technical systems, networks, sources and content schedules.

This policy is intended to explain those limitations clearly so customers understand what availability-related terms and catalogue figures mean before choosing a StreamPlanet membership.

2. Dynamic Catalogue Availability

StreamPlanet catalogues may contain live television, sports, events, movies, series and other available programming depending on the selected membership.

The catalogue is dynamic. Individual entries may be added, replaced, updated, temporarily interrupted, or become unavailable.

We therefore do not guarantee the permanent availability of every individual stream or catalogue entry.

3. Catalogue Figures

StreamPlanet may describe memberships using figures such as “up to 25K” or “up to 50K” live and event streams.

These figures refer to available catalogue entries associated with the relevant membership. They do not mean that every individual feed will always be active, available simultaneously, or accessible from every location and device.

4. Regional Coverage

Memberships may be designed around different geographic coverage levels.

  • Orbit focuses on selected regional markets
  • Horizon focuses primarily on the US, UK, Europe and Gulf
  • Cosmos provides StreamPlanet's broadest global coverage

Regional coverage means that relevant content is generally included within that membership. It does not guarantee every channel or programme from every country within a region.

5. Live Sports and Events

Live sports and event streams depend on schedules, active sources, event timing and availability at the time of the event.

Event listings may change before or during scheduled programming. A particular match, competition, event or feed therefore cannot be guaranteed solely because similar programming has previously been available.

6. Video Quality and Resolution

Streams may be available in different quality levels including standard definition, HD, Full HD, 4K or UHD where supported.

References to a membership supporting 4K or UHD mean that higher-resolution streams may be available within that membership. They do not mean that every stream is provided in 4K or UHD.

Actual video quality may depend on:

  • The quality of the original source
  • Your internet connection
  • Your device and display capabilities
  • Your player or application
  • Network congestion
  • Temporary technical conditions

7. Device Compatibility

StreamPlanet can be used with a range of supported televisions, streaming devices, phones, tablets and computers depending on the setup and compatible player.

Compatibility may vary according to device model, operating system, application support, storage, memory and player requirements.

Customers are encouraged to test their intended device during the free demo where possible.

8. Internet and Network Conditions

StreamPlanet does not control your local internet connection, Wi-Fi environment, mobile network, ISP routing or home networking.

Streaming performance can be affected by:

  • Internet speed and stability
  • Wi-Fi signal strength
  • Router performance
  • ISP congestion or routing
  • VPN use
  • Other devices using the same connection
  • Local or international network congestion

9. Temporary Interruptions

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, source issues, network conditions, updates, event congestion, device problems, or other technical circumstances.

A short-term interruption affecting one or more individual streams does not necessarily mean the overall service is unavailable.

10. Third-Party Dependencies

Parts of the StreamPlanet experience may rely on compatible third-party applications, players, devices, communication platforms, payment providers, hosting services, or other infrastructure.

These providers may independently change their software, licensing rules, compatibility requirements, availability, pricing or technical systems.

StreamPlanet cannot guarantee the continued operation of independent third-party products or platforms.

11. Player Availability

Certain annual memberships may include access to a supported premium player for one compatible device.

The exact player used may depend on device compatibility, availability, licensing arrangements and technical requirements.

Where a particular player is no longer suitable or available, another compatible setup may be recommended where reasonably possible.

12. Changes and Replacements

Because catalogue sources can change, StreamPlanet may update, replace or reorganize available streams or setups over time.

Where one source becomes unavailable, another available source or setup may sometimes be provided where reasonably possible.

13. No Absolute Uptime Guarantee

StreamPlanet aims to provide a reliable experience, but no streaming service that depends on internet connectivity and multiple technical systems can guarantee continuous availability.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, StreamPlanet does not promise 100% uptime or completely interruption-free service.

14. Troubleshooting and Support

If you experience a problem, contact our support team before assuming that the entire service is unavailable.

Depending on the issue, we may recommend:

  • Restarting your device or player
  • Checking your internet connection
  • Testing another network connection
  • Refreshing or updating the player
  • Checking a different available stream
  • Reviewing device compatibility
  • Trying an alternative supported setup

15. Demo Testing

StreamPlanet provides a free demo where available so customers can evaluate their device, connection and general viewing experience before purchasing.

We strongly encourage prospective customers to use this opportunity and raise any important content, device or compatibility questions before payment.

16. Refunds and Availability Issues

Temporary interruptions, individual unavailable streams, changes to a limited part of the catalogue, device incompatibility, or customer-side network problems do not automatically create refund eligibility.

Refund requests are reviewed according to our separate Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights.

17. Changes to This Policy

StreamPlanet may update this Service Availability Policy as memberships, coverage, technology, devices, infrastructure or operating practices evolve.

The latest version will be published on this page together with its revision date.
